For the cake:
3 large eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened
Sugar 3/4 cup granulated
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Or milk 2/3 cup cream
Preheat oven to 350F. Parchment paper (some of which are holding the paper in the pan with butter coating) of rows with the bread. By spraying with cooking parchment non-stick spray. Place the pan on baking sheet.
I beat the butter and sugar until combined, about 3 minutes, then add the egg mix, and one by one, at a time until fluffy. Stir until combined and add vanilla and almond extract. We combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add the egg mixture / sugar and ending with flour, alternately with cream. (Add flour = 3, the addition of cream = 2). Stir and mix well.
Poured into prepared pan, bake in the oven for 40 minutes, and then clean out or cake tester. It cool for 10 minutes, remove from pan, cool on rack. When cooled completely, use a serrated knife, then slice into 3 even layers. Please the filling and topping. Assemble. Please then refrigerated until you are ready to offer.
Filling and topping for:
500 ml whipped cream 35% is
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
(I used a freezer jam) strawberry jam 3/4 cup strawberries, mashed potatoes or,
Grated 1 banana,
Mandarin a few slices of sliced strawberries for decoration and some
Whip cream until soft peaks are formed. Continues out until the shape of the peak and vanilla add the powdered sugar was firm.
Place the first layer of cake on a platter and spread with strawberry jam and 1/2 cup mashed strawberries and whipped cream about. Top with second layer. Grate the bananas to about 1 cup of whipped cream. Are applied to the two layer and mix. Layer and the top third. Completely covers and whipped cream, top with remaining berries and sliced oranges. Please then refrigerated until you are ready to offer. Please enjoy! Strawberry cake is excellent peak season.
